SHIPPING
Once your order has been paid in full, your product will be dispatched as soon as possible. The delivery times are indicative only and Letour cannot be held responsible for any failures within Australia Post or other couriers.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders sent within Australia will take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. The buyer accepts full responsibility for loss or damage to products once they have been shipped by Letour.
The cost of shipping is based on current standard Australia Post shipping charges and is quoted only in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST.
OVERSEAS
For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and you will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Letour guarantees to exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any item purchased online for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. Sorry, we do not provide refunds.
MANUFACTURING FAULTS
Manufacturing faults will be assessed on an individual basis by our customer service team and comply with Australian standards (applicable to online orders only). Defective items must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement.
Letour will not be liable for any damages if the goods become damaged after leaving our control, or the defect was brought to the customer's attention prior to purchase.
